The 7,200 sqft. Triple Gutter Connect Greenhouse has in-floor heat, Automated and programmable light deprivation curtains, One hundred and seventeen 1000-watt grow lights, Johnson Co2 Air Enrichment Generator, DryGair DG-6 Dehumidifier, a wet wall ventilation system(six mega fans, ceiling fans, and osciliating fans), and nutrient distribution system.

The 9,600 sqft metal framed warehouse has concrete slab foundation, electricity to the building, and has been plumbed(currently pressurized). A water line has been run to the building, but has not been connected. The warehouse was designed to be the processing center for the farm. The floorplan included; wash/cleaning rooms, offices, and bathrooms. 

There are six 2,880 sqft. Loop greenhouses located on the lower portion of the property. Each green house has water, propane, propane heaters, electricity, motorized side rolls, and ventialtion fans.
